At M.A. Medina FLS INC., we have 12 years of experience in the business, and our founder has over 40 years’ knowledge and expertise in Agriculture and farming. We are committed to focusing on our employees ‘safety and well-being rather than just utilizing their services as another farmhand. We are the bridge of the agricultural sector that connects the employer and employee in achieving their respective goals.
Our Founder
Marco Antonio Medina Sr. has been working in agriculture since he was nine years old. Drowned in poverty, the only way to survive was plowing fields, harvesting corn, and raising cattle. This necessity soon became a lifestyle for our founder that motivated him to migrate to the United States to help feed his family by picking grapes. He has extensive experience working in the agricultural industry all over the San Joaquin Valley. After decades of experience working as a field worker, crew manager, and supervisor, he decided to start his Farm labor Contracting business to assist people in the agricultural industry in achieving the maximum outcome.
